HOW OUR RUGS ARE MADE

We’ve broken up our production process into three primary chunks: Cooking Colors, Tufting and Scissoring

Cooking Colors

The process of applying the dyes to the fabric is a lot more involved than anticipated. Taking days if not weeks to get all the wool dyed and ensure the tone and saturation is exactly right.

Tufting

This portion is what most people are familiar with. A tufting gun is used to to add the now dyed wool to a fabric cloth and starts to get filled in. This is where the rug starts to take shape and come to life. VIDEO COMING SOON.

Scissoring

What sets most S-TIER rugs apart is how crafted our weavers are at scissoring. The art of getting all the fine details and dimension of our rugs with sharp and accurate scissors or shears. Of course, all done by hand. VIDEO COMING SOON.

How long does it take?

These rugs are 100% handmade from start to finish. After payment is received, the rug process takes 12-36 weeks depending on the size, complexity, colors used, etc....

My rug isn't PERFECTLY EXACT like the image I sent? What gives!?

These rugs are entirely handmade from start to finish by people. They will be VERY CLOSE to your image but the hand made imperfections of the rugs are natural since they're all made by people. Making each rug truly a one of one item.

What if I change my mind after production even began?

We understand that circumstances can change, but once production has begun on your bespoke product there can't be any changes.

How do I clean my rug?

Vacuum your rug like you would any other rug or carpet in your home. Using rug cleaning products or professional services are also safe to use on here.
Please test a small portion of the rug first when using rug chemicals before committing.
