Cancellations

Cancellations on products that require pre-order can be done during the pre- order period. Simply send an message to the S-TIER team under the CONTACT US page and we’ll get in contact with you within 7-10 business days.

All sales are final otherwise as they are made to order.

Order Inquiry

For order inquiries, send a message via the CONTACT US Page. We will get back to you within 7-10 business days.

Shipping

Products arriving to the S-TIER HQ will be shipped within 7-10 days after arrival. Tracking numbers will be sent via email once they've left our HQ.

Refunds

Refunds only apply to pre-ordered items. This can be done only during the pre-order period. Once the pre-order period has ended, refunds will not be given.

Send an email via the CONTACT US page. We will get back to you within 7-10 business days. PLEASE PUT "REFUND" IN THE SUBJECT LINE.

The time it will take the money to return to your account is based on your banking institution.

Refunds and returns are not given on any other items. All sales are final.

Returns

Currently, all items are made to order so there are no returns. This policy will update as more products get developed for S-TIER.
