Cancellations, Refunds, and Shipping

 
  • Cancellations on products that require pre-order can be done during the pre- order period.

    Simply send an message to the S-TIER team under the “CONTACT” page and we’ll get in contact with you within 7 business days.

  • For order inquiries, send a message via the “CONTACT” Page. We will get back to you within 7 business days.

  • Products arriving to the S-TIER HQ will be shipped within 7 days after arrival.

    Tracking numbers will be sent via email.

  • Refunds only apply to pre-ordered items. This can be done only during the pre-order period. Once the pre-order period has ended, refunds will not be given.

    The time it will take the money to return to your account is based on your banking institution.

    Refunds and returns are not given on any other items. All sales are final.

  • Currently, all items are made to order so there are no returns. This policy will update as more products get developed for S-Tier.
